The National Hospital Nutrition & Hydration Summit is a national forum to examine best practice in nutritional care in the hospital setting. This clinician-led event explores the theme of enhancing nutritional care and extends to a diverse range of areas from innovative and successful malnutrition prevention programs, the implementation of standards, guidelines and policies to dietetic management and clinical practice. The comprehensive program has been developed in close collaboration with clinical dieticians to reflect and address the most pertinent topics currently affecting dietetic practice in Australia.
